New Mazda6 Turbo Engine Option
The 2018 Mazda6 has been updated in multiple ways for the new model year. The change drawing the most attention is the addition of a new turbocharged engine option. The car can be equipped with Mazda’s 2.5-liter turbocharged SKYATIV-G 2.5T four-cylinder engine. This engine can produce up to 250 horsepower and 310 pound-feet of torque.

The interior of the Mazda6 has been redesigned for the new model year. Only the steering wheel and trim accents are carried over from previous Mazda6 models. The seats have been completely redesigned, utilizing high-density urethane foam that absorbs vibrations and creates a firm but comfortable seating surface. Ventilated front seats will also now be offered for the first time on a Mazda.
